Suzanne - so sorry I just saw this comment. But I will reply anyway in case others have the same question. We got the red buckets at Home Depot. They had white rope handles on them originally which we cut off.

We didn't really worry about it - we kept the pre-made & wrapped sandwiches in the fridge until just before the party, when we stuffed the bags and put them on the table. The table was indoors.
