Suzanne - so sorry I just saw this comment. But I will reply anyway in case others have the same question. We got the red buckets at Home Depot. They had white rope handles on them originally which we cut off.

Awe, I know how you feel. I couldn't cut my second sons hair until he was two because it was so curly in the back, it was beautiful! But your little man looks precious both ways! You have beautiful children!
